• No internet connection is required for AI summarization (after the required model is available on your device, if applicable).
• We do not collect, monitor, or analyze the text you summarize.

• We do not maintain copies of your notes on remote servers.

We do not:

6. Internet Connectivity

The core summarization functionality is designed to operate on-device.

If the app uses internet access for features such as application updates, downloading AI model files, crash reporting, or future optional services, those features will not upload your note content for AI processing.

Depending on the features you use, NoteBuddy may request permissions such as:

• Storage or media access (to import or export notes)
• Notifications (if reminder features are available)

Permissions are requested only when needed and can be managed through your device settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

NoteBuddy is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
